DRYING:
Drying systems are equipped with a high-efficiency thermal filtration unit that supplies air through a number of pressurized chambers. The temperature, relative humidity and volume of the air can be regulated directly from the control console.
PURIFICATION:
Purification systems (both interior and exterior) remove paint/varnish particles with centrifugal flows of air and water, and the resulting liquids are captured and collected into a vat.
Waste water is filtered in a closed cycle, and sludge is separated and treated using automatically dispensed reagents which coagulate the paint/varnish residues in the fluid. A paddle is used to skim these residues from the surface, and they are stored for disposal.
